Estimates provided by Honolulu Insulation are based on information available at the time of the assessment. An estimate is not a guaranteed final price. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ materially from what was observed during the estimate, if the scope of work changes at the customer's request, or if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the performance of work. Any changes to scope or pricing will be communicated to the customer before proceeding. Written change orders will be used for material scope changes.
When you engage Honolulu Insulation to perform insulation services, the following terms apply:
Payment terms will be specified in your written estimate or contract. We accept payment by check, credit card, or other methods as agreed. Balances are due upon completion unless otherwise arranged in writing.
You agree to provide our crew with safe and reasonable access to the areas of your property where work is to be performed. You are responsible for ensuring the work area is accessible, free of hazards not related to insulation, and that any pets or children are secured away from the work area during service.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a rescheduling fee, which will be communicated to you at time of booking.
We stand behind the quality of our work. Unless otherwise specified in writing, our workmanship is warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date of service completion. This warranty covers defects in the installation of insulation performed by our crew. It does not cover damage caused by third parties, natural events, water intrusion, pests, or conditions unrelated to our workmanship. Material warranties are governed by the respective manufacturer's terms. To make a warranty claim, contact us within the warranty period and we will inspect and address any covered defects at no charge.
The content on this Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Honolulu Insulation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or from services performed, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
